Vancouver has plenty of electronic acts in the city but, none like 20-year old Cephas Munga. Combining hip hop elements to a signature experimental style, this young and up-and-coming producer will surely be blowing up on the blogosphere soon.

According to his Facebook page, Cephas' spectrum of influences ranges from Daft punk, Kid Cudi, Egyptian Lover, and Magic System to name a few, but his recent release Circus & Dreams shows use of samples from current favourites, like Purity Ring, The Weeknd and even an amazing recreation of "Paparazzi" by Lady Gaga. It is only a matter of time before this young musician becomes a staple in the Vancouver music scene and can hopefully help revive the city's hip-hop scene.
