Does the website have the same items as your stores?
We have a larger selection in our stores, but all of our online items are actually in stock in our stores as well. If you would like to find out which location an item is located, feel free to contact us.
Ordering & Payment
Placing a Web Order
When you see an item you like, click on "add to cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on the Shopping Cart, located at the top right section of the screen. Click "Checkout" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "Place Your Order" to finish. You will have to create a user account with all of your billing and contact info. When you go to check out, choose your payment method, fill in the necessary information, and process your order. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after

Please note: you will only be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.
What are your shipping options?
We ship all orders through Canada Post, Standard shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we are only able to ship within Canada at this time.
Can you provide me with a tracking number?
Yes, we always email you a tracking number once your package has left, so be sure to check your emails or your Order History in your account.
How long will my order take to ship?
Canada Post – Standard : 1 to 7 business days.*

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered! You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. All original tags must be intac. Please review the return options below to see what works best for you.

2. Store Return:
Our stores will gladly accept your Web Return. Your return must be accompanied by your packing list.
For items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, the original method of payment will be refunded.
After 30 days from the date of purchase, a merchandise credit will be issued for the price paid.

Transit Time: We'll email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. If you've requested an exchange, we'll waive the Standard shipping fee on your new order!
3. Exchanges of Web Purchases
Merchandise exchanges can be made using any of the return options above. Before sending your exchange, please email us email@example.com and let us know that you would like to make an exchange. Please reference your order number and item that you would like to exchange. Your new order will ship using our standard shipping method. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded. You may also exchange your item(s) at any of our store locations.
4. Refunds of Web Purchases
Most returns that are sent back to our facility will process approximately 2 weeks from the time you mail your return. A refund will be credited back to your original pay method and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
We will notify you by email when your return is processed. If you've requested an exchange, a second email will be sent once we've processed your new order. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded.
