IN STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Plenty will refund regular priced, unworn items within seven days of purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. After this, an exchange or store credit will be issued up to 30 days from the original date of purchase. The original card used at purchase must be present for a refund. In its absence, a store credit will be issued.
All tags must be attached and packaging intact - items must not be worn or washed. All sale items, earrings, undergarments, bodysuits, socks, and hosiery are a final sale.
Items purchased in store cannot be processed for return via mail/online. Your card must be present to receive a full refund.
If you would like to mail a return for a store credit, shipping costs are not covered. Any duties or fees incurred upon arrival will be subtracted from the store credit total. Items must be received within 30 days from the original date of purchase. At this time, store credit can only be used for in-store purchases.
ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For online orders, Plenty will refund regular priced items if they are unworn, unwashed, or defective within 30 days of receiving the order. Sale, discounted, or promo priced items can be exchanged for another item or an in-store credit within 14 days of receiving the order. There are no refunds on sale, discounted, or promo priced items. Items marked as "final sale" are final sale - no refunds or exchanges.
Unfortunately we cannot refund your original shipping and handling fees. Free return shipping for international orders is not available. Plenty honors a one-time in store price adjustment on regular priced items within seven days of purchase or online order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Price adjustments are not applicable to sale merchandise. Online store pricing and promotions are not applicable for in store price adjustments. In store pricing is not applicable to online orders. Once an item has been price adjusted it is a final sale.

1. To mail your return:
For orders within Canada, return shipping is free. You can use the Return Shipping Label included with your order - it will be located in the plastic pouch on top of the package. If you do not have one, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a shipping label. You can drop off your return at your nearest mailbox or Canada Post office.
For International Orders, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns can be mailed to the below address. Any charges incurred upon receiving your package will be deducted from the amount refunded. This includes, but is not limited to: customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes, and shipping. Please use a trackable method of shipping - we will not be held liable for packages lost in transit.

Processing Time: We will email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. A refund will be credited back to your original payment method and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
2. Store return:
Our stores will gladly accept your online order return. It must be accompanied by your packing list (found in the packing envelope affixed to the box or envelope) as well as the original form of payment. If you have completed a payment via PayPal, stores cannot process the return immediately. Our online department will process the PayPal return within 1-3 business days.
For regular priced items returned within 30 days from receiving the order, the original method of payment will be refunded. In its absence, a store credit will be issued. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code can be exchanged or returned for in-store credit within 14 days of receiving the order. Store credit is only valid on purchases in store.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
3. Exchanges of online purchases:
Merchandise exchanges can be made using any of the return options above. Before sending your item(s), please email us at email@example.com and let us know that you would like to make an exchange. Please reference your order number and item(s) that you would like to exchange. Your new order will ship using our standard shipping method and we will waive the shipping fee. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded. You may also exchange your item(s) at any of our store locations.
