Does the website have the same items as your stores?
We offer a larger selection in our stores including menswear and accessories.

Where is the men's selection online?
Unfortunately at this time, we only have men's items available in store.
Can I get the online promotion/sale price applied to an in store purchase?
Online sale prices & promotions are only valid online and are not applicable to in store purchases.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase a gift card in store, or click here to purchase one online. If you'd like to add a note to include, please email us at email@example.com.
Can I use gift cards online?
Yes, up to two gift cards can be used online. If you have more than two you'd like to use, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 604 733 4484 (Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM)
Can I use store credit online?
At this time, the online store is not able to process orders using store credit. Store credit can only be used on in-store purchases.
Will you send me a tracking number?
If you have provided us with an email during checkout, Canada Post will send you a tracking number once the package has been scanned. If you have not received one, please email email@example.com and we will provide you with an update on your order.
What is your return policy?

Where is my online order confirmation or tracking number?
If you have not received an order confirmation within an hour, please check your junk mail. You will only receive a confirmation if you have provided us with a valid email address. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions regarding online orders.
If an item is out of stock online but is available in store, can I get the discount there?
Sorry, online sales and promotional offers are only valid online.
The discount/promotion is not applying to my order, what should I do?
If you've reached the final page at checkout and do not see a discount, we suggest emptying your cart and re-adding your items. If this does not work, please email email@example.com.
