Content Creator

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Content Creator plays an essential role within the Communications and Marketing team and the company at large. Developing bold must-follow content for internal and external channels based on data, emerging social trends, pop culture, and community knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and generate content ensuring that all content leads to overarching brand strategy and is relevant to our customer’s journey
    • Photography or videography experience is a plus
  • Help plan and execute the seasonal content calendar
    • Regularly visit stores to create content with Stylists and creators
    • Create trend-based and on the fly short form content 
  • Community Engagement
    • Provide consistent brand voice with community interactions
    • Create and send weekly internal memos highlighting key trends and products
  • Influencer Outreach
    • Identify partnerships for gifting collaborations and UGC
    • Send, track, and follow up on packages
  • Assisting with in person activations and other tasks as required


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for details
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, as well as be flexible in a fast-paced team environment
  • Familiar with the company and product with a willingness to learn
  • Equipped with retail know-how and street smarts
  • Experience with Social Media applications, photo and video editing apps an asset
