Holiday Return Policy (Canadian Orders)

Regular Priced Merchandise

Items with an original receipt and original form of payment will receive a refund until January 12, 2025. Returns made with a gift receipt are valid for an exchange or store credit.

Sale Priced Merchandise

Items with an original receipt or gift receipt can be returned for an exchange or store credit until January 12, 2025. They are not applicable for a full refund.

Sale items with a discount of 50% off or greater are considered a final sale and will not be applicable for a refund or exchange.

Details

• All tags and packaging must be intact - items must not be worn or washed.

• All sunglasses, jewelry, bralettes, bodysuits, hosiery, socks, undergarments, and candles are final sale.

• Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

• Items purchased in store cannot be processed for return via mail/online. The original form of payment must be present to receive a full refund.
