For new members, you’ll be able to check your points by logging into the customer portal online at https://plenty.marsello.app. You can also add a pass to your Apple or Google Wallet.
For existing members, you must update your profile with your email address in order for your account to work online. The next time you’re at one of our stores, our team will be happy to help you update your profile. Or, leave us a message and we’ll get you sorted.
While visiting us in-store, a Stylist can also check the points balance in our system.
