WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Orders over $150 before tax qualify for free standard shipping within North America.

We ship all orders through Canada Post. Shipping is calculated based on your postal code. If you require an alternate shipping method, please send us an email and we can try out best to accommodate.

Return shipping is included for orders within Canada. Orders from the US will be required to pay for shipping on returns. Any duties, taxes, COD, or fees incurred on return packages from the US will be deducted from the final refund total. 

If you decide to return your order, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded. Any fees incurred on return packages will be deducted from the final refund total. This includes any duties, taxes, COD. 

If your package gets sent back to our warehouse with a "return to sender" notification due to the customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will charge an additional shipping fee to send the package to the correct address, plus charge the cost of the return package. Please ensure your shipping address is correct once you receive your order confirmation.

FREE IN STORE PICK UP

At checkout, specify which location you'd like to pick up your order. You will receive a pick up confirmation once your order is ready, within 3-7 business days. Please bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID to pick up your order. If you'd like someone else to pick up your order, please email [email protected] with their full name and we can update the information. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we do not ship internationally. If you really love something, please email [email protected] and we will see what we can do.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

We try our best to ship within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. During holidays and peak sale times this may be delayed. We will notify you if we are out of stock or back ordered on an item. 

Please note: Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and holidays.

CAN YOU PROVIDE ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?

Canada Post will email you a tracking number once your package has shipped, so be sure to check your email and junk mail folder. If you have not received one, please email us at [email protected] and we will update you with the status of your order. Please keep in mind that if you place your order on a Thursday, Friday, or holiday, it may not get shipped until the following week.

IN STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Regular Priced Merchandise

Items returned within 7 days of purchase will receive a full refund. After this, an exchange or store credit will be issued up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The original form of payment must be present to receive a full refund. In its absence, a store credit will be issued.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Bodysuits, jewelry, bralettes, candles, hosiery, socks, and undergarments are final sale.

Items purchased in store cannot be processed for return via mail/online. Your card must be present to receive a full refund.

Sale items are a final sale.

ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Regular Priced Merchandise

Items returned within 30 days of the shipment date will receive a full refund.

Sale Merchandise (including promotional discounts)

Items returned within 14 days of the shipment date will receive a store credit on a gift card. Gift cards can be used in store and online.

If you have completed a payment via PayPal, stores cannot process a refund. Our online department will process the PayPal return within 1-3 business days.  Stores can offer an exchange or store credit.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Plenty honors a one-time in store price adjustment on regular priced items within seven days of purchase or online order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Price adjustments are not applicable to sale merchandise. Online store pricing and promotions are not applicable for in store price adjustments. In store pricing is not applicable to online orders. Once an item has been price adjusted it is a final sale.

TO MAIL YOUR RETURN

For orders within Canada, return shipping is free. Please email [email protected] and we will send you a shipping label. You can drop off your return at your nearest Canada Post. 

For International Orders, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns can be mailed to the below address. Any charges incurred upon receiving your package will be deducted from the amount refunded. This includes, but is not limited to: customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes, and shipping. Please use a trackable method of shipping - we will not be held liable for packages lost in transit.

Processing Time: We will email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. A refund will be credited back to your original payment method and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. 

STORE RETURN

Our stores will gladly accept your online order return. It must be accompanied by your receipt (printed or on mobile) as well as the original form of payment. If you have completed a payment via PayPal, stores cannot process the return immediately. Our online department will process the PayPal return within 1-3 business days. 

For regular priced items returned within 30 days from the shipment date, the original method of payment will be refunded. In its absence, a store credit will be issued.

 Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code can be returned for in-store credit within 14 days of the shipment date. Store credit can only be used at our in-store locations.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES OF ONLINE PURCHASES

Merchandise exchanges can be made using any of the return options above. Before sending your item(s), please email us at [email protected] and let us know that you would like to make an exchange. Please reference your order number and item(s) that you would like to exchange. Your new order will ship using our standard shipping method and we will waive the shipping fee. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded. You may also exchange your item(s) at any of our store locations.
