Delivery & Returns
Canadian Orders
Orders over $125 ship free within Canada. For orders under $125, a flat shipping rate of $7 applies within British Columbia, and $15 for all other provinces and territories.
Due to current labour action, we are not using Canada Post at this time.
Depending on your location, additional shipping options may be available. All applicable rates will be shown at checkout.
Please note that at this time, we are unable to deliver outside of Canada.
Quoted delivery times at checkout applies after the order has been processed. Most orders will ship within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. Delays may occur during peak times, including holidays.
In-store pickups will be processed within 3-10 business days, depending on local product availability.
Orders may be subject to a review period, which can cause a delay in processing. If we are unable to fulfill items in your order, your order may be modified or cancelled. We will notify you if and when these changes are made.
For your convenience, purchases can be picked up at your nearest location, free of charge.
At checkout, select your preferred store. Note that it may take 3-10 business days to process your order, depending on local product availability.
You will receive a phone call to confirm when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be held from two weeks after it is received at your chosen store. If you do not pick up your order within two weeks, it will be returned to Plenty where it will be processed as a refund.
For purchases of final sale merchandise, if your order is not picked up within two weeks, it will be returned to Plenty and no refund will be processed. To have your order redelivered, please contact orders@getplenty.com.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must:
- Be in original condition (not washed, worn, or damaged)
- Have all original tags and stickers attached
- Be accompanied by a valid receipt
- Shoes must be returned in their original box
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items discounted by 50% or more purchased online
- Bodysuits, intimates, and undergarments
- Hosiery and socks
- Jewelry
- Sunglasses
- Candles
- Personal care items (including but not limited to: moisturizers, deodorant, sanitizers, soap, scents, and body washes)
Items purchased online can be returned either by mail or at any of our store locations. All online returns are subject to a $7.00 restocking fee. See “How to Return by Mail” for more details.
We currently do not offer online exchanges. Please return your original purchase and place a new order. Exchanges can be made in-person at any store location.
Regular Priced Merchandise
Regular priced items or items purchased with a welcome discount are eligible for:
- Full refund to the original form of payment within 14 days of the shipping date.
- Exchange or store credit within 30 days of the shipping date.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
Sale Merchandise
- Sale items discounted less than 50% can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of the shipping date.
- Sale items discounted 50% or more are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Refunds to the original form of payment are not offered on sale items.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded as store credit back onto a gift card.
Canadian Orders
You may return items by mail or at any store location. Due to current labour action, please contact us to facilitate a return.
If your return does not meet our policy requirements, the item(s) will be returned to the sender and the return will not be processed.
Processing Time
You’ll receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Please allow up to two weeks from the shipping date for processing.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and typically post within 1–3 business days of processing. For credit card refunds, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you are able to request an order cancellation. Please respond to your confirmation email, or email orders@getplenty.com.
Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email if provided.
Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update. If you did not receive a tracking number, please email orders@getplenty.com for order updates.
If you package has been marked 'delivered' and you cannot locate your package after 48 hours, please contact orders@getplenty.com.
Plenty is not responsible for refunding or replacing stolen, missing, or damaged packages.
Items purchased in-store must be returned or exchanged in person at any of our store locations.
