A Manager On Duty is a natural leader. They are a charismatic individual representing Plenty’s values and beliefs through daily interactions with customers and community members. They are friendly, approachable, and have a passion for style.
Day to Day
- Assisting with the opening and closing of the store
- Building relationships within the Plenty community by providing exceptional customer service
- Greeting, answering questions, operating POS (point of sales) systems
- Achieving sales goals through superior product knowledge, empathetic listening, and by providing creative styling solutions
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided by Stylists
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the store
- Communicating promotions and incentive programs with customers and staff
- Providing leadership support as part of the Management team
Requirements
- A natural leader with great individual style
- Enthusiastic and positive with a willingness to learn
- Team player willing to contribute and take initiative to achieve goals
- Retail management experience an asset
