E-Commerce Manager

Reporting to the District Manager, the E-Commerce Manager plays an essential role within the E-Commerce team and the company at large. Your primary responsibilities will be managing the E-Commerce team, generating profit via online channels, enhancing brand growth, and advancement of the online shop and digital platforms.

The E-Commerce Manager has strong leadership and communication skills, exhibits creativity and skill in delivering practical solutions, and thrives in a quick paced and collaborative team environment. They have an excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow, SEO, and web analysis.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Managing all online activity including sales, traffic acquisition, conversion, testing and reporting
  • Leading E-Commerce team and ensuring departments are running efficiently
  • Enhancing online shopping experience through navigation, product optimization, and feedback implementation
  • Ensuring accurate and timely product listings with external upload team
  • Helping online customer support initiatives to streamline and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Working with marketing team to improve quality and traffic acquisition
  • Analyzing reports to deliver data driven strategies to achieve and exceed goals and KPIs
  • Working with web developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to optimize website performance
  • Working with Warehouse Team to update Archive Sale inventory and coordinate logistics and fulfillment for Online Warehouse Sale 
  • Proactively help team by identifying and completing daily tasks

Requirements/Skills:

  • Degree or 3+ years equivalent experience in marketing management, business, or related fields
  • Strong communication and time management skills with a keen eye for details
  • Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis
  • Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, SEM, display and affiliate channels
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Shopify Plus, Lightspeed POS and Hyperspace
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, as well as be flexible in a fast-paced team environment
  • Familiar with the company and product with a willingness to learn
  • Equipped with retail know-how and street smarts
